Recipes of yummy tomato soup - the taste of restaurant & goodness of purity at home.

Hope you all are enjoying your life. Life is to live and what makes it worth is the way of living. And it is really needed that to live life happily and enjoy it, you should healthy. So, taking care of yourself is necessary to lead a healthy and happy life.

Diet and things we eat contribute in keeping ourselves healthy along with exercise and healthy lifestyle.


Today, I am sharing here recipes of tomato soup which is very healthy. I will share Health Benefits of  Tomato in my upcoming posts.
But, for now, let me share recipes of tomato soup which I use at my home. I love cooking and I have been helping my mom right from childhood. And this Health blog of mine is giving me opportunity to share a few of mine here. These recipes are the ways I use while cooking tomato soup.

  RECIPES  OF   TOMATO  SOUP :- πŸ… 

RECIPE -  (A) πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…


This recipe gives you a taste of restaurant style soup.

INGREDIENTS :-


1). Tomatoes - 2 kg.

2). Beetroot - 1 medium size

3). Carrots - 2 medium size

4). Potatoes - 2 medium size

5). Onion - 2 medium size

6). Garlic - 4 to 5 (buds)

7). Green Chillies - 2 to 3 

8). Salt to taste

9). Black pepper

10). Indian Gooseberry (Amla) - 1 (optional)

11). Sugar  (optional and according to your wish but less sugar is good for health)

12). Black salt - little bit only


Fresh restaurant style tomato soup at home.



STEPS -

1). Take a pressure cooker or a pan with lid. Add tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, potatoes, green chillies, Indian gooseberry, garlic & onion with adequate water in pressure cooker. Boil all these ingredients until 2-3 whistles.

You can add salt this time as it can help ingredients to boil easily or you can add it later.

2). Let all the boiled ingredients cool. Then, blend it well into a puree. And strain it with a strainer to get rid of seeds or any unwanted stuff as we want soup to be smooth in consistency.

3). In a pan, take the puree and add salt to taste, a little bit black salt and black pepper. You can add little bit sugar here. 

4). Let it cook for sometime. 

Turn off the gas flame and you can add here cream too. Serve it hot with fresh coriander or mint.

Your yummy home-made tomato soup is ready to enjoy !



 RECIPE - (B) πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ… 

INGREDIENTS :-

In this recipe, ingredients are very few and it's super easy.

1). Tomatoes - 2kg.

2). Onion - 1

3). Garlic - 3 to 4 buds

4). Green Chillies - 3 to 4

5). Salt to taste

6). Black pepper

7). Fresh Cream - optional

STEPS :-

1). Boil all the ingredients in pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Alternatively, you can also boil it in little water till they become soft.

Let it cool down.


2). Blend it well in a blender. Strain it ! 


3). Take a pan and add the puree. Cook it for few minutes. Add salt to taste and black pepper. Add fresh cream.

Your yummy tomato soup is ready to serve. Serve it hot and garnish it with fresh cream and fresh coriander/mint.

Isn't it is easier to make your own home-made tomato soup !
