We all want to live a healthy and happy life. In today's world, people are more cautious about their health due to increased awareness about health. Thanks to Internet and other sources. No doubt, increased hectic life schedules, stress, pollutions and non systematic eating habits and lifestyle has lead to many health issues and this has further made people concerned about their health. Diet is a major part of healthy lifestyle.
One major problem a large number of people are facing is obesity. Even kids are suffering from it. People are switching to dieting etc. to loose their weight. They all want quick & effective weightloss program. But, believe it, dieting is not a proper solution to this problem. Instead it can cause further health problems.
To control weight or loose weight you can simply keep an eye on calories you eat and calories you burn making an easy weightloss program or chart. Through healthy eating and doing proper workouts, exercises or yoga can help you keep in shape. I am blessed that I have been always slim naturally. Here, I want to mention one thing that nowadays, various pills and drinks are available in the market that claims to be weightloss medicines. I believe they are not good for your health. Also they can give you short term or temporary result and chances of other health ailments in long run.
So, the best solution is to eat healthy and do proper exercise. There should be a balance between calories you take and calories you burn in return.

I always want to loose weight and few people suggested me some capsules & pills etc. available in the market even some told me to go for a dieting but the info.you shared here is incredibly great and scientific.
