This is summer & spring time in various parts of the world. Naturally, we look for cooling options to keep ourselves healthy and cool in summer. This is season where you can enjoy various fruits like Watermelon.
Juicy fruits not only protects you from dehydration but also gives you cooling effect refreshing you mood. There are many other things which you can include in your diet. Mint is among them. Mint is a green aromatic herb which has medicinal values. Mint is also known as pudina in India in hindi.

Today, I am sharing here a recipe of tasty and healthy cold sauce of mint. This cold sauce is quite healthy and you can use it as a tasty dip with many foods. You can add it to many food recipes to give it a great flavor. You can use it as spread on bread or in sandwiches, rolls etc.

People love it as sweet dish and it is called by different names in different parts of India. It is said to be a rich delight by many people in India in winters.

Carrots contain rich amount of potassium. Potassium is a vasodilator. Vasodilation refers to the widening of blood vessels. The process is the opposite of vasoconstriction, which is the narrowing of blood vessels. 

Potassium in carrot can relax the tension in your blood vessels and arteries. It increases the blood flow and circulation which boost organ function throughout the body and reduces the stress on the cardiovascular system. High blood pressure may lead to strokes, heart attacks and atherosclerosis. The coumarin present in carrot also helps in reducing hypertension and protects the heart health!

Carrot contains Beta-carotene. Consumption of Beta-carotene reduces the risk of several cancers. It protects against lung cancer. British researchers found that increased consumption of beta-carotene from 1.7 to 2.7 milligrams per day reduced the risk of lung cancer by more than 40%. Carrot (an average) contains about 3 milligrams of beta-carotene.

A study conducted by researchers found that carrots reduced the risk of colon cancer by as much as 24% as they contain fiber. Other study revealed that women who ate raw carrots were 5 to 8 times less likely to develop breastfeeding cancer than those who didn't.

This recipe contains fruits and veggie that collectively give you health power. They are known for their health benefits and in this recipe, you can get benefits of all. It is not only healthy but it is very good for your beauty too. From skin health to haircare, it will provide nutrients and antioxidants that will fight against skin problems, wrinkles and fine lines, premature aging symptoms and hair problems.

I know you are eager to know about this recipe. But, believe me it is delicious and beautiful to eyes too. Oh yes! It has health benefits for eyes too.

OK OK ! I will not take much time now.
I have tried this recipe. However, I never took it from somewhere. I just made it myself and it is very easy to make. Also you can do variations to it and add much more to it. May be you find it somewhere else too because many people like me wants to experiment and honestly, it's just about sharing.

So, he we go.....

Juice with beautiful color & amazing ingredients.


 INGREDIENTS :- 

1). 2 Pomegranates medium sized

2). Some black grapes  (5-6)

3). 1 Carrot

4). 1 Apple

Juice with the goodness of pomegranate & apple.


  RECIPE :- 

1). Take all the fruits and carrot. Wash well.

2). Peel the pomegranates and take out the seeds.

3). Cut carrot and apple into chunks. Throw the apple seeds away.

4). Blend all the fruits and veggies into a blender including black grapes by adding a little water.

5). Strain the juice. You can add black salt and black pepper to it. 

And your delicious,  exotic and healthy juice is ready. This juice contains goodness of pomegranates, apple, black grapes and carrot.

VARIATIONS -

1). You can also add guava to it. Throw away the seed part.

2). You can add spinach or banana or berries to it. You can also add mint to it. Beetroot is another option here to add.

You can add Beetroot to this juice.


3). You can drink it chilled by adding ice to it in summers.

4). You can add or skip the fruits the way you like. I had already mentioned fruits that you can add.

5). You can add some lemon juice too.
Add lemon juice if you like.



IMPORTANT NOTES -

1). Always take fresh fruits and carrot.

2). Do not add sugar as it is already sweet in taste depending on the fruits added. It contains natural sugar from fruits.

Do not add sugar to this juice.


3). If you are diabetic,  you are advised to not drink this juice.

4). If you are allergic to any of the fruit or carrot, do not consume it.

5). Always consult your doctor before consuming it especially if you have any health condition.

6). Drink it fresh.

Kiwis are small fruits packed with flavor and loads of health benefits. The green flesh of fruit is sweet and tangy. It has plenty of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. Kiwis also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber. Their small black seeds are edible. It has fuzzy brown peel that can also be eaten though many people prefer to peel off the kiwifruit before eating it.

Thanks to different growing locations, kiwis can be in season year-round. They’re grown in California from November to May, and in New Zealand from June to October. Kiwi can also be found in supplement form. Kiwifruit is technically considered a berry.
A few years later, in 1963, this fuzzy fruit was first introduced in India. According to researchers, kiwi cultivation began in the Shimla district, and later spread through the nation. Currently, China, New Zealand, Italy, Greece, Chile, and France are the top kiwi cultivators in the world๐Ÿฅ.

The flesh of the kiwi fruit has a pretty bright green color and a distinct, yet rich flavor (a mix of sweet, tart, sour, bright, and acidic). The fruit has numerous black seeds that add a crunchy texture to this flavorful fruit.
It looks beautiful due to green coloured flesh and black seeds arranged in it in a pattern.
Kiwifruit is a delicious berry of a woody, twining vine and is popularly known by its shortened version as ‘kiwi’. It is native to China and is referred to as the country’s national fruit. Originally known as ‘Yang Tao’, kiwi is an oval-shaped, dull brown colored fruit with a fuzzy texture. The inside pulp is a vivid, semi-translucent, bright green flesh with a radiant pattern of lighter-colored spikes, freckled with a few tiny, edible black seeds. Kiwifruit has a unique and invigorating flavor with a soft and creamy texture.



The Actinidia genus which includes kiwi comprises of about 60 species. Globally, the most commonly consumed varieties are the ‘fuzzy’ and ‘golden’.

Kiwifruit, also called Chinese gooseberry, is native to Chang Kiang Valley of China, with its cultivation dating back to the late 19th century. It is named as the national fruit of China. The Chinese used to prepare a tonic out of this fruit – it is that nutritious! But, it was the people from New Zealand who recognized the potential of this juicy and delicious fruit. They began cultivating it for commercial purposes. They changed its name in 1959 to kiwi as kiwi is their national bird.
