Teeth whitening trick recommended by dentist.

So, be happy and smile becoz   Smile is the only language that deaf can hear & it is the language that all can understand.

When you smile, your pics appear more beautiful & attractive. Smile makes you look more beautiful & youthful. It can cut off even 10years from your real age. Smile is good for health too and it helps in reducing stress as it produces feel good hormone. But, some people avoid smiling because of yellow teeth. Beauty is incomplete without smile. Many of you already want Hollywood smile but you couldn't find any way to get it. Either expensive ways are the reason or risky ways are the factors that can be dangerous to your oral health and enamel of the teeth keeping away your desire from fruition. So, for you ladies today, I am bringing you a magic trick to have shiny pearly white sparkling teeth which makes your smile more beautiful. And of course even gentlemen can also apply this trick. Healthy teeth are directly related to good health. Stay with me and keep reading.

Going to a dentist for just teeth whitening can be avoided. No body loves to go for a dentist but for good oral health, it is good to visit dentist at least in every 6 months. It is good to go to a dentist for normal check up in every 3-4 months.

I never recommend people things that can be harsh or dangerous however, I always mention precautions to take and suggest to do patch taste and consult doc. Recently, I had an appointment with my dentist for routine check up. When it was done, I asked dentist about ways for teeth whitening and he recommended me the method that I am going to tell you in this article.

So, let's get started.....

   ♡♡♡ TEETH WHITENING MAGICAL TRICK ♡♡♡  

Previously, I was not sure about this trick. Being from science field, I always think while using such ingredients and sharing them to with my readers. But, as my dentist recommended this to me and I tested it myself, now I am sure that it is safe to share it with you here. 

So, without creating much suspense , let me tell you about this trick.

  ♡♡♡ INGREDIENTS  ♡♡♡  

1). Hydrogen peroxide - 3% or less

2). Your toothpaste

  ♡♡♡ STEPS  ♡♡♡  

1). Take hydrogen peroxide. It comes in different concentrations. The higher the concentration the dangerous it would be. It can serious harmfull effects. Always take hydrogen peroxide with 3% or less in concentration. It is diluted one or contain stabilising agent.   You can also consult your dentist and purchase hydrogen peroxide 3% or less from medical pharmacy or store.

2). Now, add 4-5 drops of hydrogen peroxide to your toothpaste. My dentist suggested pepsodent saying it is a very good toothpaste. After adding hydrogen peroxide to it, brush your teeth taking some time. If you are adding 4-5 drops then, use this trick once in a week or 15days and if you are using 1-2 drops then, you can use this trick two or three times a week.

3). After brushing, spit it completely out and wash your mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow it.

  ♡♡♡ NOTES  ♡♡♡  

1). Some people like to add baking soda with hydrogen peroxide & toothpaste. However, my dentist told me only to add hydrogen peroxide to toothpaste.

2). Wash your mouth thoroughly. Add only recommended amount of hydrogen peroxide to the toothpaste.

3). Hydrogen peroxide is a very good disinfectant and it helps in reducing germs & bacteria in the mouth that can cause infection. It also helps in removing plaque thus helping in avoiding tarter on teeth.

4). This trick is inexpensive as compared to other ways to get whiter teeth and Hollywood smile.
